Hard Hat

HARD HATS are made of high density polyethylene, available in three colors. The ratchet suspension models won't fall off, even when working upside down. The HH1, HH2, and HH4 model hard hats meet ANSI Z89 .1-1997, Type 1, Class E, and C.E. EN 397 standards. The HH3 models meet Type II, Class E requirements, with and inner foam liner for off-center (front,back, and side) impact. The HH4 model has a full brim. Hard hats will accept the visors and hearing protection devices listed in other parts of the section (except HH4).
